Genealogia
W moich rodzinnych stronach, po lepszej stronie Dunajca jest wiele rodzin o tym samym nazwisku, a które często nie są w ogóle spokrewnione. Żeby było wiadomo o kogo chodzi, często można było usłyszeć: a to dziecko Czornego, a to żona Biołego, a tamten to od Cypiska. W moim domu do tej pory opowiadając o kimś mówi: Kaśka od Kowalskiego, Janek od Wróbla, czy Jarek od Studzińskiego. Każdy człowiek jest niepowtarzalny, wyjątkowy i sam w swoim rodzaju, ale każdy z nas od kogoś pochodzi. Każdy z nas potrzebuje wiedzieć skąd jest. Chce znać historie swoich przodków, lubimy przebywać z naszymi dziadkami, którzy opowiadają o dawnych czasach. Wiemy, że nie jesteśmy tutaj przypadkowo, ale mamy swój udział w tej historii.
Dzisiejsze czytania mówią o historii, o genealogii Chrystusa. Bo, gdy Chrystus dorastał też potrzebował wiedzieć kim jest, kim są Jego przodkowie. Maryja pewnie mówiła Mu o jego Ojcu w Niebie, ale jego człowieczeństwo pragnęło relacji z innymi ludźmi. Chrystus jako człowiek potrzebował poznać przodków Maryi, więc też Swoich. Chciał iść pogadać z dziadkami, usiąść na kolanach babci, ciotki odwiedzić, pochwalić się przed kolegami jakiego fajnego ma wujka. Odnalezienie Swoich przodków, Swoich krewnych, przeszłości rodziny daje bezpieczeństwo. Bóg człowiek też potrzebował bezpieczeństwa, nasze bycie z innymi ludźmi staje się normalniejsze, gdy czujemy się na miejscu. Gdy młodzi koledzy pytali Jezusa: od kogo jesteś? Mógł z dumą powiedzieć jestem z pokolenia Dawida. A gdyby dziś ciebie zapytać od kogo jesteś? Co byś odpowiedział? Może też jesteś z rodu królewskiego?
